SELECTIVE ENFORCEMENT OR JUST CONVENIENT OVERSIGHT?

Picon is still surprised District Attorney Chris Hicks has sunk so low to an attack campaign against his opponent. Isn’t he supposed to be our District Attorney and stay above the fray.

Take a drive along La Posada.

Campaign signs are coming down — like they’re supposed to.

So here’s the question:

Why are Chris Hicks’ signs still standing?

Did the rules change?
Or do they just not apply to everyone?

Because last we checked, sign removal isn’t optional — it’s required.

So what’s the holdup?

Washoe County.
City of Sparks.
Nevada Department of Transportation.

Care to explain?

Or is this another case of enforcement depending on whose name is on the sign?

Area voters are paying attention.
