Is Donald Abbott Applying for a Job at Changing Dynamics?

Can someone explain this one to us? First it was riding bicycles together to look for burned-out streetlights. Now it's a community cleanup on Oddie Boulevard. Is Donald Abbott auditioning for a job at Changing Dynamics, or is this the newest campaign strategy? Elected helping candidate.

We're all for cleaner neighborhoods, but at this rate we expect the next event to be the two of them pothole filling, graffiti removal, or a weekend shift picking up shopping carts.

Maybe they're simply trying to show that elected officials and candidates can do more than attend meetings and cut ribbons. Or perhaps Oddie Boulevard has become the hottest political campaign trail in Washoe County.
